Refund policy
Eligibility We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without original tags or packaging

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Exchange We offer free exchanges for the wrong size or defective items, subject to stock availability.
COD Orders Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
